Welcome to Sahib Taxi Service. By using our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Prices may vary depending on travel dates, vehicle type, or any special requests.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the journey start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

3. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and staff during the journey.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger misconduct will be charged accordingly.
• Passengers must carry valid identity proof during the trip.

4. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities.
• Sahib Taxi Service is not liable for lost or misplaced personal items.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel trips in case of unavoidable circumstances.

5. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be revised periodically without prior notice.
• Updated terms will be available on our website or provided upon request.
